I'm a 28-year-old living in (my hometown) Groningen, but I grew up on a farm about 15 minutes south. Last year, I got my very first apartment in the city, which I've been decorating to my heart's content. Music and film are my greatest passions, I have a master's degree in Film & Contemporary Audiovisual Media, and for the past two years I did marketing for a local film festival. At the moment, I'm very busy with all of my hobbies, trying to figure out what I want to do next, and would love to meet new people in the meantime. My house is LGBTQIA+ friendly! 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel and have couchsurfed before, which was an amazing experience. As an introvert, I find it hard to meet new people by going out to find them, so it's a perfect solution to have them come to me instead!

I am a massive fan of rock music and my favorite bands are Green Day and Greta Van Fleet. Other favourites of mine are Jake Bugg, AURORA, Lady Gaga, Pierce Brothers, YUNGBLUD, and George Ezra.

My sister, cousin and I go to the cinema every week! My favorite movies are Lazzaro Felice, 1917 and Midsommar. I have been trying to get back into reading after (finally) finishing Moby Dick after four years. My favourite books are Ella Minnow Pea and Call Me By Your Name.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was 18 I went to study in London for a year and I went on exchange to Iceland in 2018.
