Overview
About Me
I am a history student in Istanbul. Always liked to write and dreamed of being a writer, I am more into the contemporary history. Right bow, I study workers in industrial zones and relationship with unions and them.
I don't show te perfect demographics of Turkey, being an atheist and so, but I like to discuss politics with anyone, really. Also, I adore getting into different cultures than mine.
One more thing: I studied highschool in a boarding school, so I like to think that I am good at adapting new places. I hope it's not just me.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am a newbie in couchsurfing and maybe in socializing. I know it sounds so bad, but I am getting better and better and maybe you would be my new milestone! But, really, I think travelling alone is not nice and getting to meet with people of the places I travel is great, so why not couchsurfing?
And when I get back to İstanbul, I will open my house, because the reverse is also awesome.
Interests
I sang and stillam singing in choirs. Now, I am in a contemporary choir. So, singing!
I also like to draw and although, I am not really good, I really like it.

Music, Movies, and Books
I really like Turkish psychodelic music such as Erkin Koray, Barış Manço, Üç Hürel etc. I also like Balkan music; Taraf de Haidouks and Boban Marko Markoviç are my favorites. And I am a progressve rock listener.
There are movies I watch thrice a year: Rashomon, Goodbye Lenin, and Heathers. I know they are not even similar.
I like the French writers Daniel Pennac and Georges Perec; but there are so many others that I would forget to tell most of them.
