I'm Ayo, an outgoing and friendly citizen of the world! Born and bred in London.

I (like everyone here) love travelling - discovering new cultures, scents, experiences, foods (especially foods!). I adore baking when I have time, listening to Jazz and I collect classic films (circa 1940's & 50's). I am very energetic, I love to laugh and i'm quite curious... oh, and I'm extremely friendly (or so i've been told :o))

When I travel I like to get as close to 'real life' as possible so as to really immerse myself in the culture. As a guest I am courteous, considerate and tidy. I am a big believer in 'Loving my neighbour as myself' and wherever possible try to leave things (people, places and things) better than I found them.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am just finishing a one year career break and am so keen to explore new places, as well as meet the people who live there!

You really don't get to meet people so much in B&bs or hotels, etc. In my opinion the people are just as important as the place, I can't think of a better way to experience both - than couchsurfing!

films - Main genres: Old school drama, sci fi, action, rom-coms (in that order)

Books - I'm a moody reader so it dpends on what takes my fancy

Music: Eclectic so all over the place - but Jazz is my main love

i can probably teach anyone to bake muffins, and also to see the positive side of life - we've been given so much, if we care to look.

I like learning and i'm pretty open to learning new things.

Share - reasons to laugh! ok, i may be a little bit silly sometimes!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can offer hosts a warm friendly (tidy) guest who is keen to reach out and show the world some love and joy! Not sure what my comedy value is worth - but i certainly liven up dinner time.

Also I love showing people around my hometown - London! So it would be great to show some people around there.
