You can have free accommodation and stay at his place in exchange of helping him in the cafe by speaking with language learners , your mother language ( French, Germany, Italian, Spanish ....) or English

If you want to discover Iranian culture, meet lots people and speak with locals of different ages and mindsets his language cafe is the place for you.

Also sometimes on weekends "Thursdays and Fridays" we have a tour mix of locals and tourists out of the city , to nurture or desert

It is very important to have tea, in many different places.
To have a tea you should also have sweets,
to find good sweets you need inside knowledge.
Therefore you must meet with those who know of places to find such things.
