About Me
Back home in San Diego California! Recently was on exchange @ Deakin Uni in Melbourne Australia and spent the spring in Tasmania WWOOFing and backpacking.
I'm fascinated with the natural world and currently studying at San Diego State University to earn a degree in Biology with an interest in agricultural ecology. I love life in Southern California and all the possible recreation to be had in the varied environments from beaches to deserts to mountains. A place I have fallen in love with is Joshua Tree National park for the stellar rock climbing and breathtaking scenery. In the past I have been to Greece, Italy, Costa Rica and Mexico.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have had great experiences couchsurfing in a few locations with my travel partners. Our hosts were friendly and always keen on sharing local things to do. I'm interested in couchsurfing because of the sense of community and what better way to experience a place than to stay with a local! I also look forward to repaying the kindness by hosting others some day soon.
