I'm 24 and a student. I am passionate about education and volunteer a lot with organizations that work in this area. I hope that I help, in some way, in making the world a better place to live. These volunteering experiences of mine have taken me to many countries and enriched my life experiences.
Travelling and reading are my hobbies; I hope to travel and experience as many countries and cultures as possible, be a citizen of the world. I'm a big history and architecture buff, and enjoy exploring places of historic or cultural significance.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Like I mentioned above, travelling is a hobby of mine and since I was a kid, I've always wanted to travel the world, meet new people and listen to their experiences, explore different cultures. Couchsurfing is a great way to do all that!

Books:
I'm a voracious reader. Jefferey Archer, John Grisham and P.G. Wodehouse are my all-time favorite authors. Books that I enjoy include literary classics (Tolstoy, Dickens, Austen, Bronte sisters, etc.), fantasy (Lord of the Rings trilogy, The Hobbit, Silmarillion, Game of Thrones, Hunger Games, Harry Potter series), Science fiction (books by Issac Asimov), spy novels (by Cussler, Ludlum), mystery novels, fictions on theology.

Movies:
Genres I like include action, adventure, comedy, thrillers. All time favorites include Lord of the Rings trilogy, Star Trek series, Sherlock Holmes movies, Ocean trilogy, Indiana Jones series, Avengers, Argo, The Boy in the Striped Pajamas, Django Unchained, Fault of our Stars, X-Men series, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, Pink Panther, Kung Fu Panda, How to Train your Dragon, Despicable Me, Happy Feet.

Music:
My favorite genres are Rock, Jazz and EDM. Bands I like include Coldplay, Foo Fighters, Linking Park, Imagine Dragons, Maroon5. Musicians I love to listen to include Adele, Lady Gaga, Chris Brown, Pitbull, Rihanna. When I need to unwind myself I listen to Sinatra.
