I'd love to meet new people who are interested in something about our country. Me and my husband Yosuke like to travel both inside and outside of Japan (not frequent travelers though).
I used to work as a sort of assistance or advisor in the subway stations in central Tokyo in order to help travelers, so I can give you some advice for your future trip to Tokyo in a sense!
I was born and spend my childhood in Chiba, Japan, and moved to Kuala Lumpur Malaysia and lived there for 4 years due to my father's work. After I came home and graduated from high school, I flied to Wales UK to go to university, and came back here in 2008. Got married in 2013.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I remember the one guy who asked me if I had any problems as I lost my way in a little town Germany. He told me he also had an experience that some unknown kindly helped and drive him to the destination without asking anything in return.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

OHENRO: there's Japanese pilgrim called Ohenro visiting 88 temples in the island of Shikoku, Japan (way 1200 kilometers). I spent about 30days to visit and pray each temple with a road bike all by myself. It was such a great happiness to see n talk with generous local people and the same Ohenro-san. I learnt a lot from it.
