About Me

The first time I took my solo flight out was when I was 14 to Indonesia and since then, I've never stopped travelling. Growing up in a multi-racial country (Singapore) I've been exposed to various cultures and lifestyles since young. I find it very fascinating and intriguing when I meet new people and learn about their heritage. Living in England the last three years have definitely been the highlight of my life and I think I've been "British-ed" by my mates here. More fish and chips and pastas. Less of Asian food like Rice and kebabs!Haha.

I recently graduated from UCA Rochester majoring in Animation. Not a total nerd because I made sure I have a work- life balance!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to meet new people and because I believe everyone here is a traveller just like I am :) Plus, travelling does connect people. No two places are the same, just like no two travellers are.

Interests

Netball has been my favourite sports since I was nine. The adrenaline from flying and turning in the air trying to catch the ball, oh good times!

I love football too. Arsenal is my team (

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't read often but what I do enjoy arts magazines and animations "Art Ofs" I appreciate the work that goes behind every animation film made because I know the blood, sweat and tears that goes unseen!

I love R&B and pop songs that has been regga-fied! Haha.

Action-Adventure and Horror films are two of my favourite genres. Especially Asian horror.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelling and exploring three cities in South France, and able to converse since I started learning the language!

Teach, Learn, Share

I very much believe in this.

“Travel is more than the seeing of sights; it is a change that goes on, deep and permanent, in the ideas of living.” – Miriam Beard

For all the countries I've been to, I've left a piece of me behind because home is where the heart is. As cheesy as that sounds, the world is home.
