ABOUT ME
I am an adventurous and fun-loving person with one simple goal in life - experience as much as you can! I spent the initial 16 years of my life in India and since then have been living alone in Singapore. After accumulating decent amount of savings, I have started to travel more and more and plan to visit at least 50 countries before I am 30. I also have a short-term goal of traveling to India (from Singapore) by road; a journey of over 5000km across 6 nations.
PHILOSOPHY
I live to be surprised every moment, every day!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Have been hosted once and must say I feel very positive about this amazing community.
Interests
I love playing and watching cricket, cooking vegetarian Indian food, doing gardening, reading (only started recently) and off course traveling.
I also have a passion for building stuff; be it software or hardware. I have indulged in making cheap industrial machines, simple fun apps and several other simple DIY projects. Looking forward to making a mobile from scratch next.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music - depending on my mood, I choose a pre-existing playlist on 8tracks/ spotify. I consider myself a music noob.
Movies - prefer movies with strong messages such as The Pursuit of Happiness. Not a big fan of superheroes and action movies but don't mind watching them.
Books - Apart from the text books (I do enjoy them), prefer non-fiction over fiction. General liking to entrepreneurship/ corporate stories book. Currently reading "In the Plex"
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Rode a self-converted motorbike on the Swiss Alps as part of the World's Biggest Electric Vehicle Rally. In a way I am part of this world record! :)
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach how to cook vegetarian Indian Food, Hindi (the most widely spoken language in India; there is no language called "Indian"), and share other fun stuff about India. Being involved with entrepreneurial communities in my college, I can also discuss business issues such as business model generation, the lean startup method, marketing styles...
I want to develop the creative in me and so I am keen to learn arts related stuff ranging from designing, music, film making, photography...
