About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Trying to see more about this world, about people, about life.

ABOUT ME

28 years old, serious but funny, reliable. I guess my friends would tell you I like to party, but that I also enjoy moments of peace and tranquility.

They won't tell you am an asshole, because am not, and even if I was one, they would hide it because they are my friends. :)

PHILOSOPHY

Hahahaha sure...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Couchsurfing helped me a lot when I was in New-Zealand. I met very nice, interesting people thanks to that project. During 2011-2012, me and my room mates also hosted some people in our house.
The project was also a great source of amazing experiences in my trip across Europe, between France and Turkey, and during my trip to Mexico.

It as always brought me new friendships, funny moments and good times !

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've done it both ways, hosting people, and being hosted in people's houses... it has always been very nice.

Interests

Music, cinema, history and a lot of stuff, hardly summarizable in a white box.
I grew up with cats and dogs, so I really love them...
I also have a quite intense relationship with my bike.

Music, Movies, and Books

Korean movies (Park Chan Wook, Kim Ki Duk...) 12 monkeys and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Mammouth (its a french one) and Pulp Fiction, and 1000 other movies... I watch A LOT of movies.

Books : 1984, Les fourmis, Le Passage, Les Paradis Artificiels, L'Ecume des jours, Chien Blanc (in fact every book written by Boris Vian and Romain Garry). I apreciate H.P Lovecraft, Amélie Nothomb, Saint-Exupéry, Nicolas Bouvier and off course classic french litterature...

Music : I listen to a lot of music, and it is difficult to just drop some names... but lets say The Velvet Underground (and Lou Reed), Tom Waits, Fela Kuti, J.J Cale, Jimi Hendrix, James Brown, Busta Rhymes, Jacques Brel, George Brassens, Barbara, Pantera, Charles Mingus, Queen, Ballaké Sissoko, Toumani Diabaté, John Coltrane, Cypress Hill, Johnny Cash, Vive la fête...
and others.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One day in Wellington (New Zealand) I saw two orcas swimming by the parking lot I was in... no drugs were involved.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can show you some french cooking :)

Back from Japan I am really into asian cooking, especially ramen... If you have some good recipes come to my house !!!

Then i still can talk to you about my country (the political and historical aspect), about the few travels I made, etc... And I like to know about the country I visit too, traditions, culture, etc...

What I Can Share with Hosts

A roof, a bed, some food, some rest, stories, friends, places to go, things to do.
Please don't ask me to host you too much in advance, a week/10 days before you come is cool, a month is way too much ! :)

Countries I’ve Visited

Andorra, Belgium, Bulgaria, Colombia, Croatia, Cuba, Czech Republic, Germany, Guatemala, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Morocco, Portugal, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Tunisia, Turkey

Countries I’ve Lived In

France, New Zealand
