I'm a 23 year old Male who's done a little bit of adventuring in life but has only just gotten started. My next project is Japan, and after that.. New Zealand perhaps?

I love exploring areas alone and unguided, to see places function around me. I want to see the cities with it's culture and people as well as nature. As a culinary student I'm a major foodie, but please no pork or alcohol!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

While working at Disney World I realized something a little too late. I was working a full time job, with provided housing, and no particular responsibilities. Instead of blowing all of my money on Disney merchandise (something I ended up doing anyways) I should instead put my money towards something that could really make an impact.

And so it was right there and then I decided to start traveling, and my destination was without a doubt Japan. I will there from the beginning of August for a few weeks and instead of getting cheap hostels and wandering around alone for entirely (although I do enjoy wandering around alone) I figured I should get in touch with a local and let them help me truly appreciate their country.
