ABOUT ME

Ive been climbing a lot lately, Flagstaff has so much to offer and its hard not to be out everyday testing yourself on it. Im also into hiking, traveling, experiencing, cooking, learning, biking, walking. I'm always on the hunt for new adventures, tastes, sights, anything that reminds me of how special it is to be alive. A huge collection of atoms and molecules, elements and minerals.. All arranged in such a manner to make us all unique, but somewhat alike, it really is quite wondrous.

PHILOSOPHY

"Rather love, than money, than fame. Give me Truth." HDT I think that sums up a lot about my philosophy on life.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I hosted a lot last summer (2012) this summer has been a bit more mellow, although I might start mixing it up here for the latter half of this summer.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first unknowing CS experience was with a family in Northern Mexico, San Luis, around the age of 16 for a soccer tournament I was playing in. I must say the family was more welcoming and hospitable than any other group of people I have ever been around. Such a pleasurable experience. Ive hosted quite a bit, but never really surfed.

Interessi

Climbing, hiking, backpacking, sleeping under the stars, Geology and other earth sciences, philosophy, other peoples cultures and religions have always fascinated me, food- I love trying new food, and growing my own especially.

Not really a huge movie fan... Boondock Saints, Fight Club, The Breakfast Club, old Adam Sandler stuff, i realy cant think of many.. Emerson, Thoreau, Camus, I really feel guilty I dont read more often..

Played in the 2003 US Youth Soccer National Championships.
Backpacked the Grand Canyon.
Kicked a game winning field goal with :02 left in the 4th quarter.
Hiked Cactus To Clouds-from Palm Springs to Mt San Jacinto.
Hosted some amazing CouchSurfers!
