I don't have a mission, I have an idea

ABOUT ME

I am a classically french-trained chef, but I left that industry because it pays shit (in Arizona, at least)
I am now (again) a truck driving redneck.

I enjoy cooking and baking, road trips, and social events.

I am a self-described Liberal Socialist High-Tech Redneck.

I have two daughters who mean the world to me. I don't get a lot of time with them and value the time I do have with them. I try to squeeze a lot into every minute.

I enjoy going to bars occasionally, but not clubs. I love coffee on patios while people watching.

I also love, and actually prefer being at home with friends, playing card games or board games, and even the occasional pictionary or charades.

I love the outdoors; camping, boating, hiking. I love road trips to nowhere or anywhere. I love spending hours just snuggling, watching a movie, maybe some tea or hot chocolate, or a glass of wine.

I love to cook, and I love to eat. I have a degree in Culinary Arts, and I really like to try new foods.

I shatter stereotypes. I don't try to, it's just that there are things that are "me" that don't fit well together.

For instance, I love country music, and big trucks. (SUVs and Semis), but I champion equal rights for gays and lesbians rights at every opportunity.

I have a very dry and extremely sarcastic sense of humor, and think puns are an art form.

I listen to mostly country music, but I like pretty much everything except ignorant gangsta type rap music.

I have been to as many heavy metal/hard rock type concerts, as I've been to country concerts.

I've also been to swing/ska music concerts, like the Brian Setzer Orchestra, and Big Bad Voodoo Daddy.
