About Me

ABOUT ME

People who know me well would ask at first why I didn't get in touch with them that long.
After that friends would probably describe me as a well organized person, who is good in handcrafts, likes to go hiking, climbing, juggling and in general likes to work together with people who have a certain attitude which goes fast forward.
All in all they know that for me it is very difficult to just sit there quietly and wait what will come.
For me it is always the better choice to organize things together with others or just do them by myself.

Interests

At least nearly everything can grab my attention as long as I can see the sense in it and as long as it is far away from just losing my mind in front of the television.
All kinds of handcraft and other skills that people are able to perform are particular fascinating for me.
Beside this I am interested in a lot of technical topics and in contrast to this the best way for me to spend my time is just to be in the nature.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I traveled as a passenger in a truck on a winter-trail to the city Palana in the northern part of Kamchatka.
This road only exists 3 months in the year and is very difficult to drive on.
The way runs through more than 300 km snowy tundra and consists mainly of ice and snow.
It is like riding on a bank with deep snow on both sides, so that if you once miss the track you can only hardly get back on it.

Together with my girlfriend I hiked from northern Europes highest railway station in Finse-Norway down to the seashore in the Sognefjorden.
This trip took us ten days with tent and backpack and although the weather in October was (of course) already wet and cold, this was one of the most beautiful hiking trails I ever did.
