Kundalini yoga, singing, playing music and violin, working on new project, living life in consciousness.. Music is fully present in my life.

Cooking, sleep early, humor and yoga practice... I cultive the self confrontation to everything I desire.

Care about mother hearth in any circonstance...

Vegetarian, organic and local food. Find good food, cook it and bless it is one of my favorite hobby :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Amazing.. All new experience is a gift. Life help me. Univers show the way to meet each other. We just need to listen. CS brougt me another level to my social life.

I use CS during private and professional trip. It is natural for me to integrate myself in a new environment. Get the same rythme than my host.

Centres d'intérêt

Yoga, self confrontation, music, theater, food and cooking, travels (even just 10 km around where I live, in the mountains) by foot, by bike..

I am playing a recital based on Jacques Brel songs and also playing and dancing in bal folk where I meet so nice people.. :-)

Made summer 2011 a solo walking trip on the "chemin de Stevenson". 10 days with my tent in the nature. Huge
