I studied journalism and media management in Germany but afterwards decided that I need some time off. So now I'm working in different things in different countries and enjoy myself that way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I hosted a few people and surfed twice myself. I met a lot of interesting people through couchsurfing already and hope for more!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted a few surfers and surfed twice myself but mostly my experience consists of meeting couchsurfers of friends (which was always great fun).

Interests

I know this sounds weird but I have a passion for knitting and any crafts. I admire everything that has been done with somebody's own hands. I also discovered the joys of gardening and am planting anything I can get my hands on. The thing I'm most proud of is a little avocado tree that I grew from a fruit that we actually ate.

Apart from that I enjoy conversation and discussions and love to learn about things I don't know yet. I can take interest in nearly everything.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like rock music and enjoy dancing to it but any radio tunes will do as well, I'm not very picky.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Fallas in Valencia, a safety on sea seminar in a very cold Atlantic Ocean in Iceland, Northern Lights, scuba diving in Malta and seeing his His Holiness the Dalai Lama

Teach, Learn, Share

Sharing travel stories is one of the greatest things on couchsurfing. My to-travel-list definitely expanded since I started hosting people and I'm sure it will get even bigger.
