ABOUT ME

I am an open minded active older gent that enjoys traveling, working on projects and reading. I retired from full time university teaching and advising of graduate students after 34 years but continue to work on a health care research project following breast cancer survivors for seven years. I have traveled to Australia, England, Singapore, and many US cities too conferences to present findings from the project. In addition personal travel has provided the opportunity to visit all 50 US states and 17 countries.

PHILOSOPHY

Each day is a gift and we should strive to make it good for others as well as ouselves.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new to CS but have enjoyed traveling and staying in bed and breakfasts because you can meet and talk with local people. I have a large house and enjoy sharing with people.

Interests

Traveling, music, reading, good food and visiting friends. I enjoy hiking nature trails, sunbathing and watching the waves along a nice beach.
