Hey there! I'm an 26-year-old girl from Germany. Right now, I've skipped my job as psychologist and will be travelling through Eastern Europe the whole April and May. My trip will start in Prague, go on over Budapest to Bukarest and back trough the Balkans. I'm really looking forward to it - especially after two years of unsatisfying work - I'm sure it's gonna be a big adventure :)

Also some things about me in general: I try to enjoy life, see the worlds corners and develop every day. I think one can say, that I'm an calm and unstressed person. I do reflect about many things, but can also just hang around, observe people, thinking nothing. I like humourous and honest people, who say what they mean and don't keep up a faked smile.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to get to know new people while travelling. I also like to discover places besides the touristic ways and get into contact with the people living there. So I hope to enjoy some time together, share life stories and experiences.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy everything with a special atmosphere, a real good story, good pictures or tension in it. Some of my favorite artists at the moment are Bon Iver, Maribou State, Frank Ocean and a lot of german pop bands called 'Die höchste Eisenbahn' or 'The Screenshots'. My alltime favourite movies are Lost in Translation, Her and everything from Jim Jarmusch like Night on Earth (extremely good with the girl as a taxi driver).

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm good in cooking. So I would enjoy some collective cooking sessions :) I also can teach you Stand Up Paddling and Windsurfing, as I've worked in different surf schools in the last years.
