ABOUT ME
We have both traveled extensively in Europe, and in high school we took part in exchanges with French and Belgian students. There we discovered our passion for getting to know different cultures. Now we are university students and we still try to travel as much as possible.
PHILOSOPHY
Always look on the bright side of life. (Barbora)
A pessimist is a knowledgeable optimist. (Jan)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
We've surfed quite a lot of couches in many countries. Barbora has shown some people around Prague and Jan is now offering his couch in the US, hoping to return some of the hospitality we received through CS.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
We surfed 16 different couches in Italy, France, Spain, Austria, Slovenia, went to a CS meeting in Florence and we met amazing people everywhere. Jan also couchsurfed in Iran and Russia and went to a CS meet in Moscow.
Interests
Books, good films, football (the world version, it's called soccer here in the US), nice people, meeting new people, exploring different cultures, speaking foreign languages, having passionate conversations just about everything that concerns our presence in this world.
