I have a cozy 2-room apartment in the heart of Yerevan, where you can enjoy a comfortable stay. I can accommodate 1 guest. I'd be thrilled to introduce you to the city's vibrant culture or suggest must-visit places if I have time, which is happening rarely).

What Guests Can Expect:
When you stay with me, you can expect a warm and friendly welcome to Yerevan. I'll gladly share my favorite local spots, and offer recommendations for places to visit, and good and clean apartment in the city center.

Availability:
I'm generally available to host guests throughout the year, except for occasional trips or commitments. Feel free to check my calendar for specific dates.

Languages:
I'm fluent in Armenian, proficient in Russian, and can comfortably converse in English. Language barriers won't be a problem during your stay.
