Hi, I’m a book reading, chai drinking, music loving, foodie yogi from London :) I’m planning to spend 2019 exploring Africa and learning more about my heritage (I’m Ghanaian). I’m particularly interested in traditional religions and spirituality, and hope to learn more about the rituals, dance and music which makes African spirituality so unique. My travels so far have mostly been around Europe, and I spent a month in India training as a yoga teacher.
