About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To roam around the world, meet new people, discover new things, and to spread happiness!

ABOUT ME

I am a fun guy to hang out with, love talking to different people from different cultural backgrounds. I am always looking to learn new things and I find that meeting people from allover the globe is the best way of doing that!

PHILOSOPHY

Life is hard, and complicated. Instead of over-complicating it with senseless hatred, one should opt for love and peace. Being a realist is nice, but sometimes a tad bit of optimism is also needed to keep everything going. Respect people regardless of what they may think, where they come from or how they might be treating you. Its your intentions that matter, not the outcome.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am a recent addition to the couchsurfing world so I'm not sure. Maybe I'd be able to fill this space with more relevant and valuable information once I've gained some experience with surfing. Even if I'm not able to host, I would love to help direct you towards some local wonders.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Just started. Will fill this section up once I've been hosted by someone or if I host someone

Interests

Whenever I am free, I like to take long walks, go out for a long run or a swim. If I have a lot of free time, then I would prefer going for a hike or taking a bike ride to another town or maybe to the country side. Other than that, I love going to the movies with friends, listening to music, watching and playing different sports, learning or trying to learn new things. To be honest, anything and everything interests me. I have recently taken up photography and love capturing common city scenes through my lens.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My friend was diagnosed with cancer and we started an online campaign to help her and her family out, both financially and emotionally. I witnessed true human potential. Starting off with not even expecting a thousand dollars, we ended up collecting around thirty thousand dollars, along with thousands of prayers coming to us from all corners of the globe. That was when I realized that even though humans are busy destroying each other, there is a potential of greatness in every one of us and when need be, people let go of grudges, biases or any other things that can be hurdles and be that helping hand and that shoulder to cry on. That is, in essence, what I call, "being human"!
Also, saved a kid from drowning once in the pool in Pakistan, and saved a teenager from drowning in Angora Lakes, near Lake Tahoe, Cali.
