Outgoing and life enthusiast!! I love getting outdoors in the mountains around my home in the Canadian Rockies weather it's hiking, biking, climbing, downhill skiing, nordic skiing, stand up paddle boarding, hula hooping, chucking a Frisbee in the park orhaving BBQs with friends. When I'm not at home I can be found traipsing around the world teaching at hula hooping workshops and festival.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Folk music, house music, blue grass, all kinds really from opera to hip hop. I do like movies and books but I feel like some of my favourite titles are too embarrassing to mention ;) I have been known to be a sucker for period drama and romances. a really great book I read recently was The Golden Spruce and a book I am currently working on getting through a book by Stephen Hawking.
