About Me
ABOUT ME
I'm a sarcastic and friendly student from northern California with an easy-going attitude and a goofy smile. I moved back to Cairo this January to continue studying Arabic, teach English, and figure out what I'm doing with my life, but from May to August I'm teaching sports and health to kids in Nablus.
PHILOSOPHY
Treat others as you would like to be treated, and, of course, never pass up a free sample.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I hope to host plenty of friendly folks when I move back to Cairo this August.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I had a great experience couchsurfing in the Czech Republic. Thanks to my wonderful host I was able to explore a beautiful and secluded part of the countryside. I also stayed with a nice guy in Istanbul for a few nights on my way to Damascus a few years ago.
Interests
I love cooking and will never pass up the opportunity to learn a new recipe. I'm usually quite active and enjoy doing just about anything outdoors. I also enjoy studying languages.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Changes daily!
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm always excited to share food and recipes (Italian, Mexican, Syrian, gluten/sugar free). I can also teach the language of grunts and hand-gestures used to access Cairo's transportation system.

Bosnia and Herzegovina, Czech Republic, Hungary, Israel, Lebanon, Slovakia, Turkey
Countries I’ve Lived In
Egypt, Palestine, Syrian Arab Republic
