ABOUT ME

In 2009 I trekked through Central/Eastern Europe, SE Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. I also recently got back from a trip to Cuba with the University of Michigan Men's Glee Club!
I'm currently getting my Masters in Public Health: Human Nutrition, Health Behavior/Education at the University of Michigan.
I love music , singing, reading, cooking, eating, hiking, cycling, good conversations, laughter, Haribo gummy bears, order, the disorder that comes with the natural world, attempting to take amazing photographs and of course...travel!
I love people and cultures other than my own. I may seem a little quiet when we first meet but I warm up quickly. Topics that interest me are music (I'm a singer), food, nutrition, good books, mountains, forests, lamps...

I have been traveling through Europe for the past few months and have yet to have a bad couchsurfing experience! Every host has been amazing! I don't know what my trip would be like without the experiences and interactions that I've had due to couchsurfing!

I love music. I sing as well as play a little guitar and piano. I also love to cook and am always looking for new ways to make my food more interesting and tasty. I could also potentially bore you to death talking about genetics or nutrition.
