ABOUT ME

I am a Laughter Yoga Leader and, boy, do I ever love to laugh! I'm also a Reiki Practitioner, a writer, and a mixed media artist.

I am a lover of words, the ocean, a new grand adventure, and experiencing moments where beauty literally sucks the air straight out of my lungs. I will always take the scenic route no matter how much longer it takes. I never pass up a chance to ride the prettiest horse on a carousel or swing on a swing set. I don't think much can beat flying a kite or ribbonstick dancing on the beach. I love to camp, and not to brag, but I'm kind of a s'mores expert.
