ABOUT ME

I consider myself easy going and fun. I try to be mindful and thoughtful about things and people but can be forgetful and absentminded at times. I am respectful and kind. I try to follow the four agreements and I guess there are five now and I forget what that one is. Oh, yea, now I remember. Don't believe everything and be skeptical.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to not get attached to things. Animals and people are a little harder to not attach ( in a healthy way of course) too.....I think thats a good thing. I do think I know why I'm here on earth and it's to become the best human being I can be. Always striving to be a better person. I don't take others lives more seriously than they should. If it calls for that. I try to live in the moment, keep my heart open, and not let fear drive me. I do my best to enjoy life to its fullest. It's the only one I have and I'm living it. Sometimes money gets in the way and that sucks....but I still have lots of fun in life.

Love most outdoor activities and traveling. I enjoy yoga, swimming, walking my dog, meeting new people, good conversation, art/music, creativity, independent films, wine and wine festivals, good friends, good food, coffee talk and cafes, exploring new places, towns and ruins. Love geology, geography and weather......love most things....

I'm pretty eclectic in my mix but love the Weepies, Kalai, Mumford and sons, Ingrid Michaelson, Dave Mathews, Anugama, Danu, Otmar Leibert to name just a few. Enjoy Independent films and interested in a variety of books such as novels, spiritual readings, children's books, Jung....

Rode my bicycle from Cork City, Ireland to Hastings, England. i think I see amazing things all the time from human creativity to the dusk rays illuminating the different shades of color on rocks.
