My current mission is to create wealth from not destroying the earth

ABOUT ME

I love to meet new friends, cook and talk. I am usually very busy, this is because I always have lots of projects on the go. I'm currently learning to play the guitar, have a stack of books to read for my degree and want to complete a free lance writing course. I also like trying to grow things in my garden. I recently had a poetry reading there with two lovely friends from Germany and Poland who volounteer with the company I work for.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None as yet - I recently joined. However, I have lots of experience of sharing space with others - I have had two lodgers in the past six years (one stayed five years!) and used to be a lodger and live in shared houses over a ten year period before that.

I like shopping in charity shops and I am a frustated poet.

I have read scores of books. I like Dickens, D H Lawrence, Orwell, Stephen King, Margaret Atwood. I am enchanted and amazed by Shakespere. I love all music, especially live.
