I love to feel fluid, light, curious, enthusiastic, ready to change plans if an opportunity shows up ... I love to see world and life as a thrilling playground.

I used to feel that mindset especially when i was travelling, and I have changed my life so that i can experience it more and more in my day to day life. I quit my job as an executive several years ago and I have started a business on my own. I now teach workshops with dancing and emotions.

I live in a nice peaceful flat next to a forest I can go by foot, and next to town too. I cook a lot, because I like food ! I like sharing nice moments with people, and I also need time for myself, as a balance.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe each of us has a responsibility : be happy. Yes, this is serious ! Not always easy, sometimes it requires courage of changing things in your life, still, this is everyone's responsibility and freedom.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been talking about couchsurfing to many many people, either when I was travelling or here in France
And several of them signed in after that !

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I used to travel a lot.
Several times I met couchsurfers for a guided tour of their town - "Coffee or a drink". I really loved that, and I have great memories of the moments I spent in Lisbon this way... 10 years ago !

I now have a home that I could share.
And when I travel a little - mostly for trainings for my new job - it can be helpful and nice to be hosted, to get the chance to meet great people and have a nice time together.

Interests

I enjoy silence. I enjoy laughing with friends. I enjoy music. I enjoy deep conversations. I love nature. I enjoy celebrating, improvising music, singing or dancing.

I am passionate about biodanza, "life-dance". I now teach workshops.

I love eating, oh yes I do. I love to cook, I have learnt to enjoy vegetables, organic food. I enjoy any opportunity to experiment and practice and share

I love nature. I can feel I need to remain close to it, it really recharges my batteries.

I am interested in permaculture, all of it : growing vegetables, building home, relationships.
