I grew up in a very rural area of the Midwest in the US but I've been very fortunate to spend a lot of time traveling, mostly North America and Europe.

Currently, I'm living in Paris after finishing my Masters in Education. I've been living in Europe since 2018, with a few short exceptions. I teach in a high school for about 12 hours a week, so I'm hoping to spend the year traveling and meeting people.

I'm always happy to go to a cafe or pub to unwind a bit but also really enjoy doing things like going to museums and exploring the city on foot. I'm not huge into hiking but that doesn't mean I don't enjoy it from time to time. Live music is always a win for me, bonus points if it's a local band; I love to dance! However, you probably won't catch me in a club to be honest. Generally, open to do most things within reason!

Music, Movies, and Books

As a general rule, I like all types of music- really depends on my mood!

I spend a lot of time reading, at least a book a week! Again, I'm all over the place in terms of a favorite genre because I think there is a time and place and feeling for every genre!

The same goes for movies, I do quite like going to the cinema.
