I absolutely love trying new things and have a bit of a don't-knock-it-til-you-try-it attitude.

I'm a wee bit granola, and am moving to Victoria BC to pursue some holistic education and Yoga Teacher Training.
I'm a people-person, and I firmly believe that a stranger is just a friend you haven't met yet. LGBTQ+ friendly.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love traveling, but I hate the impersonal experiences of hotels. I adore hostels, and well, a couch is just as good to me. Especially without having to break my bank.
I can't think of a better way to explore new places than from a local's very own couch, and it seems like a fantastic way to make some traveling chums!

I'd love to open up my couch for weary travelers, but I'm actually transitioning to live out of my Van at the moment!

Interests

I love yoga! I practice everyday, and have 50hr training for Yin, and can't wait to pursue more training.
I enjoy reading, listening to music, and watching movies... because... who doesn't?
I enjoy biking a lot, I even bike in the winter (yes, the CANADIAN winter!) One might say I'm "outdoorsy."
I'm all about that spiritual good good, good vibes, and good karma.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I listen to a little of everything. :) I like listening to Indie, folk, bluegrass, country, a few soundtracks, some symphonies and concertos, etc, etc. I love swapping good artists!

Movies: Anything Studio Ghibli, Forrest Gump, Austin Powers, Wayne's World, Mrs. Doubtfire.... These are just my ride or die films, but I'll watch anything that's not a horror movie (I've never seen one!)

Books: Whatever I can get my hands on. I love expanding my areas of knowledge. I'm currently reading some books on yoga.

These are far too vague of questions, I'm sure you can get to know my taste when I'm snoozing on your couch.
