ABOUT ME
After college I ran away with the circus, went on tour with Cirque du Soleil for eight years. I'm an avid reader, fast walker, coffee lover, public radio enthusiast, natural foods fan, yoga teacher, and now graduate student. I now live with my husband in Montreal, Canada.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Biked for two days around the tiny Danish island of Bornholm, my favorite place on earth. And when the hostel ran out of regular rooms, I slept in a storage shed : )
Teach, Learn, Share
I teach yoga, Pilates, and gymnastics/acrobatics.
Want to learn to do a handstand?
I'm also in my last semester of my Master's degree in nutrition. Food questions?
