I'm a 30 years old software engineer living in Cluj Napoca, Transylvania.
I am a talkative, open minded person, who loves travelling, reading, hanging around with friends.

Host, surf, meet people and share stories.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've started couchsurfing in 2015 (however I am a member since 2012) together with my girlfriend. So far we have hosted surfers from Ukraine, Italy, Czech Republic and Poland. As hosts we are trying to offer a nice staying to our guest and to show them around the city.
So far we have surfed in Geneva, Switzerland and in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Interests

My interest include travelling, reading, programming, history, taking photos, movies, cooking, going to cinema, theater, concerts, festivals. I'm learning to play the guitar.

My recent 'hobby' is to try out (and sometimes to cook) new food and beverage, like souces, street food, cuisines of different countries and different types of beer :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: classic rock, post rock, post-punk revival, alternative rock, folk rock, classical music, indie. My favorite bands are: Queen, Sigur Rós, Motorama, Anathema, Radiohead, Explosions in the sky, Interpol, The Killers, Pink Floyd, Arcade Fire, Vampire Weekend, Get Set Go, Fleet Foxes, Hiperkarma.

Movies: crime, sci-fi, historical movies, thrillers, horror movies, movies with a plot twist :)

Books: mostly crime, historical and sci-fi novels: Agatha Christie, Leslie L. Lawrence, Dan Brown, Jókai Mór.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

So far:
- In 2012 I've participated in a 12 hour long dance marathon :)
- In 2015 I've visited the Freddie Mercury statue from Montreux, Switzerland (another down from the bucket list)
- In 2015 I've reached together with my girlfriend (update: she is my wife now :D) the most western point of Europe (again, another down from the bucket list)

Teach, Learn, Share

I would like to learn about different cultures, stories, or maybe (urban) legends of your city and country.

I am open to teach you everything I know and to learn from you. I can teach you some words in Hungarian or Romanian. Also I am open to learn some basic words of your language.

I can teach you how to solve the Rubik's cube (3x3x3) :D

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share a good company, I am a good listener and I can share my stories and sometimes jokes.
