ABOUT ME

Hello, this is Charlie originally from Manchuria, China.

I’m a renewable energy engineer and work on projects to convert energy in rivers, wind and sunshine into electricity.

I have been living and working in Sweden, Australia and Latin America for 7 years then relocated back to China 3 years ago. Right now I’m based in Beijing but a frequent international traveler.

I’m interested in culture, history and art, seek peace by being close to the nature. I like taste different food, experience local customs and meet amazing, insightful and open-minded people worldwide who will teach me a lot about the world.

I'm keen on travelling around the world. Meeting a local couchsurfer always make a trip more impressive and meaningful.

There are many websites and apps can find a cheap accommodation in a second, the reason we are here is far beyond a free couch. And I would like to give a try.
