我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

After talking with some people I met on couchsurfing, I thought it would be a good idea to update this a little bit. I have always used CS in my travels as one of the tools to meet new people. There's also meetup, hostels and free walking tours that I value as useful ways to achieve this goal. Before I quit my job to become a full-time traveler I did not surf on actual couches. I had a very dependable job and felt that others might benefit more of the couch I would not sleep on. Now, more recently my perspective on this has somewhat changed. Not only do I try to live as low-cost as possible, I also discovered how fun it is to meet new people this way. I've always been such a fan of being able to share, to be hospitable, just not be so focused on our own, but rather include people around us, because after all: we're all human beings, trying to figure out what's best for us, right? So at this point in my life I cannot offer hosting myself, but I am all about stories, whether it's telling you mine, hearing yours, or making new ones along the way. At some point I'll probably settle down, and then this bio will hopefully include a description of my home and how I can host my fellow travelers.
