Overview
About Me
I'm a photographer based out of Salt Lake City, UT.
I am an easygoing and career-driven individual.
I work a lot, and when I'm not working I spend as much time as possible traveling or in the outdoors at home with my dog .
Beyond all else, I am fascinated by the human condition.
I'm a mellow and social person who loves meeting new people and hearing new stories and perspectives.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I travel often for editorial work. I personally would much rather stay with people of the community than in a drab hotel. Working in journalism and editorial photography, I'm used to being on the move and immersing myself in wherever I am. In my opinion, couch surfing gives a unique ability to meet new people, hear new stories and perspectives and truly experience the community where I am traveling. I don't think you will ever get the same experience in traditional lodging.

Music, Movies, and Books
I enjoy all sorts of music, films and literature. Bruce Springsteen will always be my favorite musician, but I also listen to everything from funk and soul to electronic and jam music.
Coming from a film school background, I can honestly say I enjoy almost all movies as I always find something endearing about each production.
I am an avid reader, two of my favorite authors are Tom Wolfe and Cormac McCarthy.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I spent almost a year living in a TeePee about 10 miles from the Canadian border in Northern Montana shooting stock footage for a film institute. I spent my time traveling with my dog, exploring very remote parts of Montana capturing scenic vistas on film. Of all the things I have done, I can honestly say that was an amazing period of my life.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Beyond financially, I can always share a lending hand. I have a diverse skill set and have spent my short years working all sorts of industries.
I will always add an upbeat personality and a great ear. I love telling stories with my frames, and I live for engaging conversation.
I'm also a really competent chef and am certainly one to cook for my hosts.
Countries I’ve Visited
Australia, Bahamas, Benin, Brazil, Burkina Faso, Canada, Chile, England, France, Germany, Ghana, Mali, Mexico, Mozambique, Switzerland, Virgin Islands, British
