About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Follow passion and find meaning. Or maybe just flow...
ABOUT ME
"Legends say that hummingbirds float free of time, carrying our hopes for love, joy and celebration. Like a hummingbird, we aspire to hover and savor each moment as it passes, embrace all that life has to offer and to celebrate the joy of everyday. The hummingbird's delicate grace reminds us that life is rich, beauty is everywhere, every personal connection has meaning and that laughter is life's sweetest creation."

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
TOO MANY: Joined thousands of Honduran city dwellers in Tegucigalpa as they marched for peace during the coup takeover in 2009. Did a 7 day fast in the middle of the Chilean desert. Zorbing in New Zealand: what a crazy activity. Anaconda hunting in Bolivia. Lived in an orphanage in Kathmandu, Nepal. San Pedro. Guided in Alaska in the Kenai Peninsula. Went on a 9 day hike with the Indigenous Aboriginals of Western Australia.
Teach, Learn, Share
Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything simply because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it.
