Solo trekking Cocuy National Park in Colombia and Alpamayo Circuit (Huascaran National Park) in Peru was a great physical and spiritual experience. Climbing Cotopaxi (5987 mts) in Ecuador other 5000m peaks in cocuy and nevado del Tolima. Improvising music is entering a heightened state of mind, every single jam is a collective flow of thoughts and emotions between people and yourself, meditation is the only thing that comes any close to it. Playing festivals is also quite the adrenaline rush.
