ABOUT ME

I'm very interested in making real theatre. Working and living as an artist, I want to redefine our social structures, recreate myths, and travel our world: learning and telling stories, singing songs, sitting near fires with healthy food and hearty laughs.

I like walks in the woods or the night, singalong songs, deliberately detailed stories, and learning languages. I dabble. I like drinking tea, listening, watching the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first couchsurfing was in Syracuse, and I stayed with this wonderfully creative potter who gave me her home and hospitality and some great energy. Met her friends and did what I came to the city to do. At a party at her house on my last night in town I met someone I went to elementary school with and my craigslist rideshare for the following day. The world is small, the opportunities are beautiful.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Summer 2006, I paid my way to China. I traveled through the tourist triangle of Beijing, Shanghai, X'ian- and some smaller towns along the way. I had the privilege of being surprised by the difference between what I thought I would find and what I did. I was able to talk about art with so many people, and smile with many more. It proved to me that the world is only a journey away, and that I want to do more adventuring.
