ABOUT ME

I'm a positive person who loves to meet new people and to travel. I enjoy partying and hanging out with friends, like most people I enjoy good music (mostly Rock'n'roll in my case, but other stuff too) and movies...

I have studied environmental science and politics as well as international relations, and hope to work more in line with that eventually. Right now I'm just getting some decent work experience and saving money for more travels!

I grew up on a farm on Gotland and this is where I have returned to lately. However, I've also lived in some big cities in between (London, Stockholm, Brisbane, New York). I really enjoy both types of living; close to nature and big city lifestyle, and hope to never have to choose just one of them.

I have a big and slightly insane family which I think is pretty great - normal (if there even is such a thing) is boring! What else... guess the people I meet through Couchsurfing will find out more about me along the way!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've been surfing all over the world and met up with couchsurfers on some events and stuff as well. It's been really awesome and I'm looking forward to hosting people when I have a more permanent place to live.

(Though I appreciate when people send me messages and want to meet up where I'm travelling, a lot of times I simply don't have the time and get too many messages to answer them all. So nothing personal if you don't hear back from me, just tend to be really busy!)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have surfed with and met up with a bunch of couchsurfers and have only had great experiences. Love this community!

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Like all kinds of movies but I guess a few favourites would be; the Prestige, Big Lebowski, Old men in new cars...
Music: love the old stuff like Bruce Springsteen, Rolling stones, Queen, Beatles, led zeppelin, but also a lot of new rock and pop. Some favourites are Mumford and Sons, Kings of Leon and Ryan Adams. Not a big fan of electronic music, so pretty old fashioned in that way - real guitars and drums are just better!

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Amazing things... wow, that's a tough one! I've seen beautiful sunrises and sunsets, amazing people, amazing concerts... can't point to one specific thing that would be better than all the others. Though Machu Picchu is high up on the list! And Patagonia. and Iguazu falls. And the Great Wall of China. And... yeah there's a lot.

I know a lot about a lot of things, but I'm not an expert at anything... well, I do know a LOT about climate change! :)
