I am a documentary photographer of Japanese origin , with a special focusing for cultural clashes of Central-Eastern Europe(former Soviet Union) to Russia and to Japan.

-Im interested in the History of "civiliastion", mankind and our consciousness, and into understanding our conditions and dogmas and changing / fix/ influence my perception of the world to the positive.-

I grew up with Shojin Ryouri (the art of Buddhist Japanese vegetarian cuisine) and Macrobiotic diet.
The Macrobiotic diet is associated with Zen Buddhism and is based on the idea of balancing Yin and Yang. And emphasizes locally grown whole foods according to the ancient Chinese principle of balance known as Yin and Yang.

"While traveling in North America and Europe, I tasted and researched different food cultures, including vegetarian and vegan. I've worked as a vegan cook at various yoga centers in North America and Europe. From childhood, I touched Zen culture and loved Buddhist cuisine. Growing up in historical parts of Japan, food became the focus of my interest, with a background in macrobiotic diet philosophy.
