About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I'm looking to go as often and as far as I can, to do and see all that I'm able when I am there, and to meet others along the way.
PHILOSOPHY
Mountains were meant to be climbed, rivers to be rafted, countries to be visited, friends to be made, adventures to be shared, and in all of it many lessons to be learned.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am interested in meeting other travelers both as a host and as a traveler myself. This community provides a great place to network with people who can share their expertise and experiences. I hope to lend advice when possible and replace my lonely planet collection with CS members and their travels.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I`ve yet to do any CouchSurfing. I`ve met fellow travellers through hostels and guesthouses.
Interests
I am interested in the `local perspective`, getting to know local people, eat local food, hit unexplored territory, attend local festivals/events, and have a more personal experience when travelling.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
5 weeks in India taught me more about myself than I probably could have learned anywhere else. In 2010 I witnessed a solar eclipse from a boat on the Ganges River, along the Varanassi shore.
Teach, Learn, Share
My experiences as a traveller and a JH teacher leave me with new understandings and always with something to share.
Countries I’ve Visited
Cambodia, India, Malaysia, Nepal, South Korea, Thailand
