About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Put my feet on every place in the world
ABOUT ME
My name is Bao Bui and I am from Vietnam! I am currently a student at Trier University, Germany pursuing a Master Degree in International Economics and Public Policy. I am really easy going and always eager to discover new places and make new friends. I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to travel and it has become my favorite activity. It mesmerizes me to learn and experience the world with my naked eyes and feet, to meet and connected with fellow travelers as well as natives so I can listen to their stories and tales. I want to broaden my horizon has far as I can and I hope that you can help me on this journey. I love to give back so you can always count on a couch/futon from me. As for my hobbies, I love to read, travel (yey!), swim and lie in the Sun and to play with animals (cats, dogs, turtles, hamster, monkeys, snakes…) throw them all at me.
PHILOSOPHY
Nothing in the world is ordinary if you get to know it better and learn more.
Interests
As for my hobbies (how I spend my time), I love to read, travel (yey!), play casual sport (soccer, basketball, swimming) and lie in the Sun and to play with animals (cats, dogs, turtles, hamster, monkeys, snakes…) throw them all at me. There are many things that can grab my attention but there are two that are on top of my list. Reading is one of them because it allows me to immerse in a different world to live a different life. The second one would be first-hand experiences. The experience as I first walk through a snow storm in Minnesota, driving through Monterey, taking the train all over Berlin is so unique and personal to me. Seeing how different the world intrigues me, thus I always yearn for more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I did a canoe trip down the Mississippi for seven days and one night we camped out on an artificial military beach. There was no light miles around us and it was the first time I could see the milky way. The moment really makes me aware how infinitely vast the universe compare to the puny earth and all of us. One other moment would be visiting Monterey; its beauty was just jaw dropping.
