HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well I enjoyed a long time of awesome surfing with awesome people in awesome places.

Now I'm in Edinburgh. And it's raining....

But I owe a debt of honour to all those people who didn't freak out when I raided their freezer and ate their ice.

My house is open to all (preferably eccentrics, weirdo's and/or interestingly mad). I'll see you..here! :)

UPDATE: So I have a permanent residence now. It's still under slight renovation but it's looking good.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosting a few couches right nowwwwww. Also have met a bazillion other members and have attended around 6 or 7 events/meetings.

Also occasionally use it to find nearby Greeks and type `PATRIIIIDDDDDAAAAA!!!` to them. ;D

Interesses

Books, walking, books about walking and walking to get books.

Also swimming! (The colder the better!)
And climbing! (Buildings and mountains but with no equipment)

About a year ago I finally got over my fear of bicycles and now I'm the proud owner of one.
Cycling is awesome.

Músicas, Filmes e Livros

Movies - Things with Dragons,
things that go BOOM
but mostly things that make me go hmmmm. (That kinda rhymes!!)

Music - 70's, irish, Greek, classical music, generally bits and pieces out of every genre. I usually hear one song and become obsessed with it for a month or so until I hear another one and I forget all about.

Books- Just keep em coming! Anything born of ink and paper that can be brought to life in my mind unless it's badly written, stupid or both.

I walked over a mountain and just when I was about to give up I found the Very Dark Cave and we brought light to it. Glorious moment.

One of the thousand recruits in the Army I never changed my point of view and even ended up bringing peace to the Greek Army (Well, with a bit of hippy help :) )

But the most brave, astonishing, magnificent even thing I have done (And it never ceases to astonish me)
is that I had the GUTS to start travelling... The second decision I have made in my life.

Hmmmm, I can carpenteer a bit, basic electology, basic plumbing, basic building and so on. I know a little of a lot of things, a Jack Of All Trades, a real Renaissance man but truthfully just a lazy bugger. o.O

Apart from the technical side of things I can show you the power of boredom. Hoohooo doesn´t THAT sound intriguing!
