I am a very laid back person, and would do my outmost to make you feel as you are at home away from home.
Here to follow are some simple points that will make us all get along with smiles.

*No guests are allowed in the house/room without my approval.
*Only the people who have ordered the room are allowed to stay and sleep in the room.
*No smoking is allowed in the house nor the use of any illegal substances.
*No pets or other animals are allowed
*Please respect me and the house and keep a reasonable quiet
*If you need to use any appliance that is not in the room/kitchen/bathroom just ask for my permission.

The parking at the street is free
Weekdays - Sunday to Thursday 19:00 till 08:00
Weekends - Friday from 14:00 till Sunday 08:00
