ABOUT ME
I just up and quit my job one day and have been doing the most random things since then..
I moved from Dallas to Austin and have been here the last couple years getting reacquainted with myself after all the corporate years. It's a great city but now am getting restless for some road trips.

I opened a Juice/Smoothie/Vegetarian food trailer which is a lot of fun but maybe a little too much work.


I like nerdy stuff...ie..Nerd nite, Astronomy on Tap, Hot Science Cool Talks..just a few. And other not so nerdy stuff that pops up too!

Can show you some great urban hiking if you wanna stay local, tromping around the creeks with my dog.

Full Moon Yoga if you are in town at that time and like yoga outdoors under the full moon. Also have a favorite yoga studio or two or three.

Also a big fan of secret swimming holes or at least the lesser known. And this area is full of them.

PHILOSOPHY

Keep life simple and fresh...

I find my beliefs are limiting in most cases and the virtue of understanding serves me far better than my beliefs ever could.

I do love hosting. Some turn out to be a friendship for the long run and some just a brief moment of a mix of their life and mine. Either way is always rewarding!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I wouldn't say it has changed my life.... although it has changed the way I look at life in many ways. I wish I had joined sooner..I've met some wonderful people and made some great friends.

Also we have a butter coffee club(aka: bulletproof) going 7 days a week unless traveling. If you haven't tried butter coffee you are in for a treat!
We have it on my front porch. Travelers are welcome. Coffee served 7ish and goes til 8ish in the am. Message me for more details.

Currently learning more about the brain and how it functions...Complex and interesting.
