Hi everybody!

I’m Barbara from Italy, I like..ups! I love travelling!
I'm in the couchsurfing spirit and I'd like to meet new people, both hosting them and being hosted.
My experiences around the world as au pair in Belgium, student in Italy and France, teacher in Kenya, Finland, Senegal, and Rwanda and volunteer in various contexts contributed to strengthen myself in relationships with other people, helped me to get out of my comfort zone and widened my horizons!
I can say I’m very easy-going and keen on discovering new cultures, I don’t like people who complain (is this a complain? :D ) and I’m quite determined in what I do, which sometimes can turn in being stubborn!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

After having a safari in the south of Kenya and seeing wild giraffes, I partied New Year's Eve in the middle of nowhere, then the day after I celebrated the coming of the rain having a shower in the open savannah!
