My name is Barbara, 22 years old and I'm a Business student from Vienna, Austria. Also I am a scout, which means I love travelling, meeting new people and having a lot of fun. I just finished my exchange semester in St. Petersburg and I'm finishing my bachelor's degree next year.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

A friend told me about couchsurfing, and I was pretty sceptical about it (after all I am a girl and I like to travel alone) But seeing this wonderful network, whose purpose it is to bring people together and share an amazing time with I'm all for it. It's a great way of making new friends and seeing places of the world you wouldn't in a normal hotel.
