About Me
Hi!
I'm a 26 year old student working as an editor on the side. I love travelling, meeting new people, cooking, biking, reading, swimming, drinking buckets of coffee with friends, listening to live music and seeing my ungrateful basil plants do well.
I live in Copenhagen, where I'm born and raised, though I've also lived in Berlin and Austin, Texas. I'll be glad to host some travellers in need as soon as I'm done with my masters thesis in August! It's a studio apartment, though, so I can usually only host people travelling alone, and there will probably be an air mattress involved ;)
This summer, I'm travelling the Southern states, and I'm hoping to be able to find both lodging and friends along the way :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love meeting new people, and I know I'm not the only one who's too poor to travel as much as I'd like, so I want to find out what the world's couches can do for me, AND what my couch can do for the world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I expect travelling the Southern states for a month alone this summer will be pretty amazing, but for now I'll have to say living in wonderful Austin in a really worn down old Southern house with 20 fun, international people while getting the academic challenge of my life is it.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love tongue twisters in different languages, and I kind of collect them, so I'll be happy to teach you some and grateful to get some in return ;) I also love cooking, so if you want some home cooked Danish (or Italian, just because it's my favorite) food, I'm your girl.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Laughter, company, food, the joy of candles, swimming lessons, German tandem, silly stories, a Scandinavian perspective.
