ABOUT ME

I'm a cross-over artist, with a focus on performing and interactive art. I like to be friendly and make connections that feel like a positive exchange - of any size, a moment to hours to years. I have a performance and arts business, Jester of the Peace, that supports me through festival, parade, party, and corporate gigs while I write and tour my own shows and installations, usually comedic works about deeper experiences I've had. I'm an optimist who focuses on inner clarity and "taking a step" in order to lure life's magic. Love is the best. The Arts are second. Nature is third. I'm often amazed every day to be living on earth.

PHILOSOPHY

You and I can meet and be as equals. Sometimes one of us can take the lead as needed for us to grow in a new way. If we both want our connection to thrive, it likely will.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The most "cozy" couch I ever surfed was on a theater education tour in Brazil. Friends offered us a twin sized mat for the floor. The mat was frayed and worn and very thin. The floor was stone. We slept head to foot while the intense summer heat slowed and thickened our blood. And yet, each day our hosts made us delicious eggs, showed us the city, and held us in their watchful care.

Músicas, Filmes e Livros

My favorite film so far is Baghdad Cafe. I also like dance on film, clever comedies, whimsical or transformative romances, and cultural documentaries.
My favorite music changes with my mood. A snippet of music, even 5 notes.
I keep some books for years unread, knowing that when I need to read it, I'll find myself picking it off the shelf.

I've been around long enough to know that there are actually lots of folks involved in every single thing we do and think. And that a positive attitude is a choice.
